LHCCD
Product Introduction
The LHCCD series comprises professional line scan CCD cameras designed for one-dimensional scanning and high-precision imaging of continuously moving targets. Featuring low-noise, high-sensitivity linear CCD arrays with 16-bit A/D conversion that balances weak signal resolution and dynamic range, these cameras utilize USB2.0 bus power and data transmission for simplified wiring and plug-and-play operation. Supporting external triggering and multiple exposure/acquisition modes with adjustable integration times from 2–4000 ms, the system enables stable and clear line scan image acquisition in high-speed scenarios. The lens interface utilizes M42×0.75 threading (with optional C-mount/F-mount depending on model), provides SDK and demonstration programs for convenient system integration and secondary development, and features wide temperature/humidity range design for operation in complex environments.

High dynamic rangeIn-Depth Product Introduction
Industrial-Grade High-Sensitivity Linear Sensors
Features top-tier industrial linear sensors including Sony ILX511/ILX554 and Toshiba TCD1304, offering exceptional high linearity and low noise characteristics. The ILX series provides two pixel size options: 14×200 µm and 14×56 µm, while the TCD1304 uses 8×200 µm pixel design, ensuring optimal balance between optical resolution and sensitivity across different application scenarios. Built-in Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) circuits effectively suppress dark current noise, guaranteeing stability for high-precision measurements.
330 - 1000 nm Wide Spectral Imaging Capability
Supports a broad spectral range from UV edge to near-infrared (330 - 1000 nm), enabling the LHCCD series to handle diverse detection requirements. While excelling in the visible spectrum, high responsivity in the near-infrared region makes it particularly suitable for applications such as internal material defect detection and agricultural product quality analysis. Wide spectral characteristics combined with 16-bit high dynamic range accurately capture subtle intensity differences even under complex spectral compositions.
High-Speed Line Scanning Acquisition Technology
ILX series sensors achieve line scanning rates up to 475 lines/s (at 2048 pixel resolution), while TCD1304 can reach 125 lines/s at 3648 pixel high resolution. Combined with 1.0 MHz high-speed data output capability, ensures no critical information is lost in high-speed motion detection and real-time quality control applications. Exposure time can be precisely adjusted within a 2 ms to 4000 ms range, accommodating various acquisition needs from high-speed to long-term integration.
Precise External Trigger Synchronization and Flexible Integration
Built-in external trigger interface supports precise synchronization with motion platforms, encoders, and other devices, ensuring spatial consistency in scanning imaging. Provides comprehensive Windows platform SDK and rich sample code, supporting mainstream development languages such as C/C++ and VB, significantly reducing system integration complexity. M42×0.75 standard lens interface design facilitates adaptation to various industrial lenses and optical systems, providing flexible choices for different magnification ratios and working distances.
16-Bit High-Precision Digital Output
Features 16-bit high-precision A/D converter providing 65,536 gray level resolution capability, ensuring capture of the most subtle signal variations. High bit depth output is particularly suitable for scientific measurements, spectral analysis, and other applications requiring extremely high dynamic range. Excellent linearity performance guarantees accuracy and repeatability of measurement results. Aluminum alloy housing design provides good electromagnetic shielding and heat dissipation performance, maintaining stable measurement precision even during extended continuous acquisition.
