The E3CMOS series represents C-mount USB3.0 CMOS cameras featuring Sony Exmor/Exmor R/Exmor RS CMOS sensors with column-parallel A/D conversion, achieving low noise, low power consumption and high transmission rates. The built-in Ultra-Fine color engine proves suitable for standard brightfield, low-light and fluorescence microscopy imaging. Includes ToupView/ToupLite software with comprehensive Windows/Linux/macOS/Android multi-platform SDK support (native C/C++, C#/VB.NET, DirectShow, TWAIN, etc.) for seamless system integration and secondary development.

Features Sony Exmor/Exmor R/Exmor RS series back-illuminated CMOS sensors with the photosensitive layer positioned above the circuit layer, significantly improving quantum efficiency. Combined with dual-layer noise reduction technology, clear, low-noise images can be obtained even under low-light conditions, making it particularly suitable for weak light fluorescence imaging applications.
Ultra-Fine Color Processing Engine
Our proprietary Ultra-Fine color processing engine provides real-time optimization of color reproduction and white balance accuracy. Through advanced demosaicing algorithms and color mapping technology, it ensures color accuracy in microscopy images, meeting the stringent color precision requirements of applications such as pathological diagnosis and material analysis.
USB 3.0 High-Speed Data Channel
Utilizes USB 3.0 SuperSpeed interface with 5 Gbps bandwidth to ensure smooth transmission of 45 MP ultra-high resolution images. Flexible ROI and Binning Technology

ROI mode can increase frame rates several times over, suitable for high-speed dynamic observation; binning mode improves sensitivity while maintaining field of view, particularly suitable for low-light imaging. Real-time 8/12-bit depth switching balances dynamic range and file size.
Fanless Silent Design
Features a zinc-aluminum alloy one-piece CNC housing combined with carefully designed heat dissipation fins for completely passive cooling. The fanless design eliminates mechanical vibration and noise, particularly suitable for microscopy imaging and other applications requiring extremely high stability.
