Product Introduction
The ITR3CMOS series is designed for low-light and long-exposure scientific/industrial imaging, featuring Sony Exmor and other high-performance CMOS sensors with dual-stage thermoelectric (TEC) deep cooling architecture. It is optimized for fluorescence/chemiluminescence, spectral/UV detection, semiconductor and material analysis applications. The built-in anti-fogging optical structure and closed-loop temperature control can reduce sensor operating temperature by approximately 40 °C below ambient and stabilize to the set value within minutes (model dependent), ensuring low dark current and noise while maintaining quantum efficiency and imaging consistency.
The camera uses USB3.0 (5 Gbit/s) as the primary link, supporting 8/12/16-bit data output and long-term exposure (typically up to 3600 s, model dependent). It provides free-running, software/hardware triggering and multi-camera synchronization, with industrial-grade I/O for integration with external light sources/motion platforms/acquisition systems. Optional multi-interface versions (such as 10GigE/Camera Link, model dependent) are available to meet different cabling and bandwidth requirements. Includes ToupView software and cross-platform SDK (Windows / Linux / macOS / Android) for easy system integration and secondary development.

Utilizing advanced two-stage thermoelectric cooling (TEC) technology, the sensor temperature can be reduced to 35-45℃ below ambient temperature, significantly suppressing dark current generation. At -20℃ operating temperature, the typical dark current is below 0.003e⁻/pixel/sec, enabling multi-hour long exposures without significant thermal noise. Combined with precise temperature control systems and anti-condensation design, stable operation is ensured under various environmental conditions.
High-Performance Back-Illuminated Sensor Technology
Equipped with Sony back-illuminated CMOS sensors, featuring extremely high quantum efficiency and ultra-low read noise. The back-illuminated architecture positions photodiodes above the circuit layer, dramatically improving photon collection efficiency and achieving high signal-to-noise ratios even under low-light conditions. Optimized electronic design with multiple gain modes reduces read noise to as low as 1e⁻, ensuring precise detail representation in images. Pixel sizes range from 2.4µm to 4.63µm, perfectly balancing high resolution with high sensitivity requirements.
Scientific-Grade Imaging Quality Assurance
Supporting 8bit/12bit/16bit data output with dynamic range up to 75dB and signal-to-noise ratio reaching 50dB, meeting stringent scientific research requirements. Built-in large-capacity DDR buffer combined with USB3.0 high-speed interface ensures lossless transmission of high-resolution images, guaranteeing scientific data integrity.

Featuring CNC aluminum alloy housing with integrated high-efficiency heat dissipation system, ensuring stability during extended operation. Anti-condensation window design effectively prevents condensation issues during low-temperature operation.
