Introduction
MAX Series Industrial Camera / Machine Vision – USB3.0 Interface

The MAX series scientific cameras are equipped with high-performance large-pixel or full-frame image sensors from the Sony Exmor CMOS or GSENSE series. To address the inherent thermal noise of the sensor, an efficient cooling module has been specially designed to lower the sensor’s operating temperature by up to 40°C below ambient. In addition, an anti-fog structure is implemented to prevent fogging on the sensor surface at low temperatures.
The sensor temperature in the MAX series scientific cameras can be controlled via software, ensuring the highest possible quantum efficiency for photoelectric conversion under low-noise conditions (since the quantum efficiency of high-performance image sensors such as Sony Exmor CMOS or GSENSE can drop significantly at very low temperatures, temperature control is critical).
The MAX series scientific cameras support both free-run and trigger modes, enabling the capture of single or multiple images per trigger. They integrate highly stable industrial-grade I/O modules that can synchronize with multiple external devices or operate multiple cameras simultaneously.
The MAX series cameras are delivered with ToupView/ToupLite advanced image processing software for camera control and image processing.
