Machine Vision Camera

The IUD series cameras are USB3 interface cameras with a global shutter and enhanced near‐infrared performance. They are designed for OCT retinal imaging and have the potential to replace competing GigE interface products from abroad.

The IUD series uses ONSEMI chips and is available in two resolution options: 16MP and 25MP. At 25MP, the camera can achieve speeds of up to 14.8 fps, while at 16MP it can reach up to 20 fps. It is well suited for OCT and other ophthalmic imaging as well as near‐infrared industrial inspection. The camera supports both external trigger synchronization and free-run capture. Its compact design integrates a large sensor into a miniaturized body, making it ideal for applications in confined spaces. The camera’s power consumption is specially optimized so that it can be powered solely via USB3 without the need for an additional power supply.

  • Utilizes in-pixel dual-sampling correction (CDS) technology for high dynamic range and effective noise suppression.

  • Auto gain (manual gain control: 0 to 32 dB).
  • Auto exposure (manual exposure control: 30 μs to 33.5 s).

  • Bandwidth control.
  • Image buffering.
  • Synchronized output modes: Trigger Ready, Input, Exposure, Readout, Imaging, Strobe, GPO.
