In-Depth Product Introduction

Full-Frame High-Megapixel Imaging Technology

The cameras utilize APS-C (1.8") and full-frame (2.7") sensors with maximum 60 MP output, ideal for high-precision detection and wide-area imaging applications. The 3.76 µm pixel size balances detail resolution with low-light sensitivity. With low dark current levels (minimum 0.04 mV@1/30s), the cameras are suitable for long-exposure and high-contrast detection scenarios. Support for 8-bit, 12-bit, and 16-bit output accommodates both scientific research and industrial analysis requirements.

Back-Illuminated CMOS Sensor Advantages

The IMX571 and IMX455 sensors feature high quantum efficiency and low noise characteristics, supporting high-quality imaging in low-light environments. The back-illuminated architecture significantly enhances photoelectric conversion efficiency, capturing more photons under identical lighting conditions and dramatically improving image signal-to-noise ratio. Maximum performance reaches 6.1 fps at 9568×6380 (16-bit full resolution) and can be enhanced to 191 fps at 1040×706 in ROI mode.

Intelligent Autofocus System

The EF mount lens autofocus system is ideal for detection tasks requiring frequent focal length and scene changes. Compatible with the Canon EF lens system, it provides fast and precise focusing performance. Supporting exposure times from 150 µs to 15 s, the cameras accommodate free-running, software trigger, and hardware trigger modes to adapt to diverse application requirements.

Multi-Level Pixel Binning and ROI Technology

The cameras support 1×1, 2×2, 3×3, and 9×9 binning modes plus ROI functionality, freely adjusting resolution and frame rate to balance sensitivity and speed requirements. USB 3.0 high-speed transmission enables single-cable power supply and data transfer, simplifying wiring complexity. With power consumption below 5 W and support for optically isolated I/O interfaces, system integration is straightforward and efficient.

Industrial-Grade Reliability and Cross-Platform Support

The all-metal construction, low power consumption design, and operating temperature range of -10°C to 50°C ensure stable long-term operation. Compatible with Windows, Linux, macOS, and Android platforms, the SDK supports mainstream development languages including C/C++, C#/VB.NET, Python, and Java. The CNC metal housing design guarantees stability and durability across various industrial environments.
