Introduction
ITR3CMOS Series External Trigger Dual-Stage Semiconductor Deep Cooling Temperature-Controlled C-Mount USB3.0 CMOS Camera

ITR3CMOS series industrial cameras are equipped with high-performance image sensors such as Sony Exmor CMOS. To address the inherent thermal noise of the sensors, an efficient cooling module has been specially designed to lower the sensor’s operating temperature by up to 40°C below ambient. In addition, an ingeniously designed anti-fog structure prevents condensation from forming on the sensor surface under low-temperature conditions. This unique technology in the ITR3CMOS series significantly reduces image noise, ensuring high image quality.
The sensor temperature of the ITR3CMOS series industrial cameras can be controlled via software, ensuring the highest possible quantum efficiency in photoelectric conversion while keeping video and image noise to a minimum (since the quantum efficiency of high-performance sensors like Sony Exmor CMOS can drop significantly at extremely low temperatures, temperature control is crucial).
Sensor control and video data transmission are achieved via the high-speed USB3.0 interface for rapid preview.
The ITR3CMOS series industrial cameras are supplied with ToupView advanced image processing software for camera control and image capture processing.
The ITR3CMOS series supports both free-run and trigger operation modes, allowing the capture of single or multiple images with one trigger. It integrates a highly stable industrial-grade IO module that can synchronize with multiple external devices or support multi-camera synchronization.
ITR3CMOS series industrial cameras offer the following key features:
