Product Introduction
The ZM series continuous zoom digital microscopy all-in-one systems integrate the ZM0480 and ZM0756 main platforms, designed for modern industrial inspection, biological imaging, electronic manufacturing, and scientific education. This series employs high-sensitivity Sony CMOS sensors, supporting 4K/1080P HDMI, USB2.0, and Wi-Fi multiple output methods, featuring 8× /20× continuous zoom optical systems with standard 50 mm mechanical interfaces, flexibly adapting to various stands and auxiliary objectives.
The ZM series features an integrated compact design with fully modular integration of optical bodies, imaging cameras, and wireless LED ring/coaxial/polarized illumination, eliminating wiring requirements and enabling quick installation, greatly enhancing imaging efficiency and user experience. The entire series supports SD card local storage or PC real-time acquisition, with built-in rich measurement tools and multi-language menus, compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and other multi-platform software. Through efficient ISP image processing, intelligent noise reduction, and multi-level white balance, it ensures image detail and color reproduction accuracy, achieving high-definition imaging applications for industrial, scientific research, laboratory, and educational scenarios.
Applicable fields include but are not limited to: PCB and semiconductor inspection, LED/LCD display examination, precision mechanical manufacturing, biological slide observation, material analysis, and scientific research education.

The ZM Series Integrated Continuous Zoom Microscopy Imaging System integrates high-performance continuous zoom optical body, high-definition digital imaging camera (HDMI/USB/Wi-Fi multi-interface), and replaceable LED ring/coaxial light sources into one unit, specifically designed for electronic component inspection, semiconductor analysis, LED and LCD display inspection, biological research, and industrial inline inspection professional applications.
This series covers 4K, 1080P, USB, and Wi-Fi multi-interface imaging solutions, utilizing 0.7X–5.6X continuous zoom optical lenses. Without complex selection and installation requirements, imaging, observation, and measurement can be rapidly initiated upon startup.
