SPCMOS Series

Product Introduction

The SPCMOS series represents a CMOS camera with built-in reducer designed for eyepiece tube integration. The front-end adopts a standard 23.2 mm eyepiece tube dimension, enabling direct insertion into microscope eyepiece tubes to capture intermediate images. The built-in reducer proportionally reduces objective lens imaging, providing better matching between microscope images and sensor size, thereby enhancing effective field of view while reducing vignetting.

Through 23.2→30 / 23.2→30.75 mm adapter sleeves, compatibility extends to additional educational and stereo microscopes, enabling rapid digital conversion of monocular and binocular microscopes. The camera utilizes USB2.0 data connectivity with plug-and-play operation. The built-in Ultra-Fine hardware ISP performs real-time processing including demosaicing, auto exposure/gain control, one-click white balance, and color/gamma/contrast adjustments directly in the camera, reducing host system load while meeting stable output requirements for educational demonstrations and daily documentation.

Included ToupView/ToupLite professional software and cross-platform SDK support (Windows/Linux/macOS/Android) facilitate secondary development and system integration.

In-Depth Product Introduction

Innovative Built-in Reduction Optics Design

The core innovation of the SPCMOS series lies in its built-in precision reduction optics design. Through the 23.2 mm standard eyepiece interface, it can be directly installed on microscope eyepiece tubes without any additional adapters. The built-in reduction optics precisely matches the microscope imaging circle with the sensor field of view, effectively eliminating common vignetting and distortion problems in traditional adapter methods. This integrated design not only simplifies the installation process but more importantly ensures uniform illumination and imaging quality across the entire field of view, providing users with an install-and-use convenient experience.

Premium CMOS Sensor Technology

Features Aptina or Sony high-quality CMOS sensors achieving perfect balance between resolution, sensitivity, and low noise. Pixel size range from 2.0 µm to 5.6 µm can meet high-resolution detail observation requirements while maintaining good light sensitivity under low-light conditions.
