Product Introduction
The IUC series covers the 1.7–60 MP high-resolution range, featuring 1.1″–2.7″ (APS-C / Full Frame) large-format CMOS sensors. Offering both rolling shutter (RS) and global shutter (GS) solutions based on application requirements, the series is optimized for advanced scenarios including inspection, metrology, microscopy, and machine vision. Select models are equipped with electronic EF mount, supporting autofocus and aperture control for rapid deployment and remote control of telecentric and telephoto lenses.
For connectivity and synchronization, IUC provides USB3.0, 10GigE, Camera Link, and CoaXPress (model-dependent) high-speed interfaces, capable of outputting 8/10/12/16-bit data. The series supports free-running, software/hardware triggering, and multi-camera synchronization, with optically isolated I/O for triggering/strobe control, ensuring stability during high-speed and long-duration acquisition.
Complete software ecosystem includes ToupView and cross-platform SDK (Windows / Linux / macOS; C/C++/C#/Python, etc.), compatible with DirectShow / TWAIN. Available in both standard housing and OEM board-level configurations for system integration and custom development.

High-speed data transmission flexibility
USB 3.0, 10GigE, and CameraLink interfaces ensure high-bandwidth transmission and versatile integration. Models such as the IUC1700KMA-CL480 reach 302 fps @ 1600×1100, while full-frame high-resolution variants balance frame rate and clarity via multi-resolution modes. Selectable 8-bit or 12-bit output accommodates inspection and analysis workflows.
Autofocus and optical compatibility
Autofocus-enabled models support Canon EF-mount lenses for flexible scene coverage. The integrated hardware ISP handles real-time noise reduction, color reproduction, and gamma correction, preserving fine detail with efficient output. Exposure control spans 6 µs to 15 s to support both high-speed capture and long-exposure imaging.
Industrial reliability design
Opto-isolated 7-pin I/O supports hardware trigger, software trigger, and free-run modes for seamless automation integration. DC 12 V power consumption stays below 5 W, with operating temperatures from -10 to 50 °C and support for in-field firmware upgrades.
